Refund policy

You can return products purchased online from the Company, for any reason, within 30 days of receiving the goods.

To return the goods and obtain a refund, it is necessary that the products are in new condition, with the tags and labels applied and in their original packaging. The Company cannot make a refund if the products are not in the conditions described above. Please also note that products that do not comply with the return policy will be returned to the customer at his expense, as they cannot be put back on sale.

During promotional periods and during sales it is not possible to request an exchange or replacement of goods, only refunds will be made.

The refund will appear on your bank account statement within 5-10 business days. Please note that refund times depend on your card issuer and are beyond our control.

Change in store:
Please note this is not possible since the Company does not have any commercial premises to be used for selling the goods. 

Exchanges for online purchases are available exclusively at a distance.

Enter your order number and the e-mail address used for the purchase. You will be redirected to the page dedicated to your order, where you can choose whether to request an item exchange, a purchase voucher or a monetary refund. Once the process is complete, you will receive a shipping label to attach to your package.

 

2) EU countries
For returns from European Union countries, you can only request a monetary refund or a purchase voucher of equal value. The cost of the return is € 15, entirely paid by the customer.

Please ensure that the products are in new condition and in their original packaging. Otherwise, the package will be returned to you, the redelivery costs will be your responsibility, and no refund will be issued.

We do not accept returns sent with a charge to the recipient. We reserve the right to refuse returns related to special promotions or discounts.

 

3) NON-EU countries
For returns from countries outside the European Union, you can only request a monetary refund or a purchase voucher of equal value. The cost of the return is € 25, including any customs fees, and will be paid by the customer.

Please ensure that the products are in new condition and in their original packaging. Otherwise, the package will be returned to you, the redelivery costs will be your responsibility, and no refund will be issued.

Notes: In some areas and countries outside the EU shipments may be delayed due to customs controls. The delivery times indicated do not take into account these possible blocks or delays. The Company is not responsible for any delays due to customs duty payments. Each country has specific regulations regarding imports, so the Company recommends contacting your local customs office for further information. Payment of any import taxes is the responsibility of the customer. If the customer refuses to pay the taxes, the shipment will not be delivered and will be returned to the sender, with the return costs borne by the customer. The Company cannot refund any amounts related to customs duties or import taxes.

 

GENERAL USE INSTRUCTIONS:

The return procedure takes between 5 and 7 working days, starting from the moment the package is received at our warehouses.
